Reminder:
We do not war against the flesh but against things unseen. Our weapons are the Sword of the Spirit (the Bible) and prayer.
So, let's be sure to devote an equal amount of time pointing our fingers at the media, rock stars, pop culture and society in general as we do picking up the tools that will actually conquer these influences in the lives of our loved ones.

Amen, say it again. It's not enough to decry the symptoms and causes, but ignore the cure. We've got to pray and intercede! :)

Greg- That's kinda the point- they are just people. There is a lot of crap in this world and (as you can see) I work with teens. Lots of people would blame the influence of the media at large (including wonderful "rock stars") as being horrible role models (which they are in general) and corrupting people. My point is, there is more than just an image at play, it is a spiritual thing.
