Checking In

It's true- Life has gotten a bit hectic. Don't worry. There has still been plenty of time for me to spend with God, just not with you. Sorry 'bout that.

My husband is going to start running a Wednesday night for the youth at our church. We are excited. I was at the point where I was ready to start making my own plans because I really felt God wasn't making any for me. I was frustrated to the point of those tearful prayers. God's timing is wonderfully perfect.

So I have been learning about God's grace (Philip Yancey's "What's So Amazing About Grace" is amazing!) and how God transforms us into his image by revealing his glory. (Think Moses and the glowing face thing.) Two totally unrelated subjects except as related by God, but they are great things to be learning about.
